Personality Archetype: Vigilante
Personality: Hanzo is a humble man who seeks to show strength through humility, and wisdom through actions. He is generally quite reserved and holds strong convictions as to what he thinks is right, despite the views of those around him. He gets annoyed when presented with carefree individuals, and is confident in his abilities when undertaking extraordinary tasks. 
Normal Background: Hanzo is of the Shimada family which was established centuries ago, a clan of assassins whose power grew over the years, enabling them to build a vast criminal empire out of Hanamura that profited from lucrative trade in arms and illegal substances. As the eldest son of Sojiro Shimada, the family's head, Hanzo was bound by duty to succeed his father and rule the Shimada empire. From a young age, he was trained for that responsibility; displaying a natural aptitude for leadership and possessing an innate understanding of strategy and tactics. He also excelled in more practical areas: he was a prodigy in martial arts, swordplay, and bowmanship.

Upon the death of his father, the clan elders instructed Hanzo to straighten out his wayward younger brother, Genji, so that he, too, might help rule the Shimada empire. When his brother refused, Hanzo was forced to kill him. Unbeknownst to Hanzo, however, Genji narrowly survived the attempt with the help of an infamous international group. This act broke Hanzo's heart and drove him to reject his father's legacy, ultimately leading him to abandon the clan and all that he had worked so hard to attain. Seeing this as betrayal, the clan declared Hanzo an enemy and assassins were sent time and again to kill him.

Growing tired of it all, Hanzo sought to turn a new leaf by disappearing through smuggling himself onto a boat traveling to a lesser known nation in the world that he heard about from particular people. The Isle Republic of Para. It was said that the isle itself was far from being a small pocket paradise in the world, but it had the sort of problems that allowed Hanzo to fit in through using his abilities to solve. Origin Story: Due to Hanzo's proficiency in martial arts, swordplay, and bowmanship, these naturally fell into the parameter of his 'abilities' when he became the vigilante that he is known as today. Due to being of the Shimada bloodline, he can also control spiritual forms of dragons of which he can concentrate its power into one arrow strike; unleashing twin dragons which engulf and overpower the opponent by draining their life force.

Normal Appearance: Outside of vigilante work, Hanzo wears a simple traditional robe native to Japanese style and culture. He modified the robe so it only had one sleeve which displays his dragon tattoos openly, as a way of showing that he is a Shimada man. Not known to stay in one place for too long, Hanzo also carries with him various objects like a flask which is clipped onto his belt, and puches which contain various kinds of herbs and arrow heads. Further, he wears a steel arm guard and guantlet on his right hand to protect his bow hand.

Alter Ego Appearance: When playing the role of vigilante, Hanzo covers his lower face to make him harder to recognize and wears various peripherals to aid in his hunting for criminals and those who may be so bold as to make an enemy out of him. He wears nano-fiber padding all over his body as an armour of sorts. Though impenetrable, he can still very much feel the pain and impact of say a bullet hitting him, so his best protocol still remains to be stealthy, and avoid being an easy target for projectile weapons.

• Dragonstrike (Hanzo summons a Spirit Dragon which travels through the air in a line. It passes through walls in its way, devouring any enemies it encounters.)
  
• Scatter Arrows (a fragmenting arrow that ricochets off walls and objects and can strike multiple targets at once.)
  
• Sonic Arrow (Hanzo launches an arrow that contains a sonar tracking device. Any enemy within its detection radius is visibly marked, making them easier for Hanzo and his allies to hunt down.)
